Stilo Pro — a one-time purchase
Stilo itself is free to download. Editing, preview, find and replace, reading and writing files, character and word counts, and HTML export stay free. Vertical preview, ruby conversion, page counts and goals, PDF export, and themes with font import come with Stilo Pro. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The in-app purchase costs $6.99 in the United States. The amount differs by country, and the App Store shows the price for yours before you buy.
If the free version covers what you need, keep using it. Stilo Pro isn't required for writing; it's for reading and publishing your work in typeset form.
Repository Access, sold separately ($3.99, one-time), opens the Markdown in your GitHub repositories as it is, lets you edit it, and saves with a commit message. It is not a Git client; it is focused on writing the manuscripts that live in your repository. It is independent of Stilo Pro, so you can buy either one on its own. More about Repository Access
